CYKL INSPIRUJĄCE KOBIETY – Natalia Uliasz

INSPIRING WOMEN SERIES – Natalia Uliasz

For the launch of our new series, “Inspiring Women,” we chose a special date: Women's Day.

This holiday has become a symbol of celebrating our femininity and an excuse to talk about things important to us, as well as share inspiring stories. One of the first women we have admired and followed for a long time, and wanted to talk to, is Natalia Uliasz – a model, a mindfulness enthusiast 🙂 She has graced the covers of magazines such as VOGUE Portugal, ELLE, Greecen, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, etc. On her Instagram, she shares daily rituals for taking care of her body and soul. Determination, dream-realization, and a tremendous passion for sports and healthy eating – that's her. We invite you to read the interview.

1. Surfing or Yoga?

living in Bali, definitely both 😉

2. What do your daily rituals look like?

morning meditation after waking up, warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar, and morning workout, then breakfast and work

3. Ideal self-care is...

...listening to your body, it always knows what's best for us

4. What is your definition of femininity?

authenticity, naturalness, independence, ambition, and nurturing one's passions, setting goals, and not forgetting about oneself

5. Natalia Uliasz's diet?

seasonal products, lots of vegetables, protein, and not counting calories – listening to your body

6. The work of a model involves constant travel, challenges, competition, especially at castings – this requires a lot of strength, and what have you learned about yourself in this industry?

not to take everything personally. I can't control everyone's opinion; I can focus on myself and my development, professionalism. I always try to make the person next to me feel good about themselves, not the other way around

7. A childhood memory – a taste? A smell? A moment?

a sandwich with pâté and a pickled cucumber!

8. Long trips have been part of your life since school years due to your profession, and in 2021 you moved to Bali – is this a permanent or temporary project?

for 3 years I've been splitting my life between Warsaw and Bali, and I call both places home – it will definitely stay that way for the coming years 😉

9. A discovery from Bali – healthy food? A new discipline?

It's very easy to live healthy in Bali, there's a huge selection of physical activities and delicious restaurants. Surfing is definitely new for me – I still have a love-hate relationship with it!

10. The yoga course is a passion, or is there a project behind it? Tell us more? 🙂

I did the yoga course for myself. I've loved yoga for years and wanted to reach a higher level. Maybe in the future we'll meet at yoga events – I'm not ruling it out! 😉 For now, I invite you to join meditations on the Instagram profile @medytuliasz

11. Are you ready to tell us what your plans are now?

in April I'm returning to Poland, a move awaits me, I'm going back to work at full throttle and launching a project I've been working on for the past few months. STAY TUNED!

12. Don't you miss show business?

No! I love my healthy, peaceful, active life, but I miss my friends from show business – many of them inspire me greatly!

13. What advice would you give our readers regarding organization and discipline?

JUST DO IT – there's a reason this slogan conquered the world 😉 But seriously, remember your intention behind what you do and that you're doing it for yourself!
