In summer, our feet are more exposed than ever – sandals, flip-flops, barefoot walks on the beach... This is the time when they should look beautiful and be in excellent shape. Unfortunately, frequent walking in open-toe shoes, sun, and high temperatures can cause skin dryness, calluses, or cracked heels. Therefore, it is worth taking care of regular, comprehensive foot care – like a home SPA, which you can also pack in your holiday suitcase, thanks to handy packaging.

As a cosmetologist, I especially recommend taking care of the delicate skin of your feet during the summer, as they are more susceptible to dryness, chafing, and excessive keratinization of the epidermis. Step 1: Relaxing foot bath with salt

Start with a 10–15 minute foot bath in warm water with handy lab. bath salt.
