This document describes the principles of personal data processing at handy lab. Sp. z o.o., including the use of cookies.
1. Respecting your rights and duly respecting the protection of personal data, we are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. All employees of HANDY LAB. have been properly trained in the processing of personal data.

3. In the webshop www.handylab.pl we collect the following personal data:
Name - when placing an Order you will be asked to provide your name so that we can send your order and allow you to be contacted.
Residential address - needed for shipping the ordered Product.
Telephone No. - to enable notification by text message that a Product has been dispatched, in the specific case of an Order confirmation, or in the case of unexpected events such as out of stock, while offering a favourable solution.
Email address - by email we send you confirmation of your Order, and contact you. If you have become a Newsletter subscriber we will send you commercial information.
Internet address - information resulting from the general rules of Internet connections such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) is used by the shop administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes - to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
Cookies -The webshop uses cookie technology in order to adapt it to your individual needs. You may agree that the data you have entered will be remembered so that you can use them without re-entering them the next time you visit the webshop. The owners of other websites will not have access to this data. If you do not agree to the personalisation of the shop, we suggest deactivating cookies in your browser options.
Activity in the Online Shop - information resulting from the monitoring of your activity in the Online Shop www.handylab.pl, including those aimed at profiling data.
4. Provision of the above data is necessary in the following cases:
Registration in the customer database is voluntary. We store the above-mentioned data in our database in order to facilitate future purchases from the Online Shop. www.handylab.pl
If you would like to be informed about interesting events and commercial offers, you can become a Newsletter subscriber. Joining is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. We process your personal data because it is necessary for:
Use of the Online Shop www.handylab.pl as a registered customer;
To contact you for the purpose of processing orders, and to carry out marketing activities;
Receive the Newsletter electronically;
Monitoring and matching the commercial offer to your interests by means of profiling;
Monitoring your activity as well as that of other users, which includes, for example, searching for offers, promotions, information on the website, as well as managing activity in the Online Shop;

6. We do not share any data with third parties. We do not store sensitive data such as your credit card numbers or bank account access data.
7. The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
With regard to the provision of services and the processing of complaints or other claims by the Administrator, your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("RODO") (this is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party).
Newsletters or commercial information by e-mail are sent on the basis of your voluntary consent.
The basis for the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, is Article 6(1)(a) RODO - your consent to the processing of data, including profiling.
As regards the adjustment of the content of the Online Shop www.handylab.pl to your interests, as well as the detection of bots and abuse and statistical measurement and improvement of the service and in some cases the processing of complaints, and in some cases the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO (legitimate interest of the Controller). The legitimate interest of the Administrator is to tailor the content of the Administrator's services including the Online Shop www.handylab.pl to your needs, to ensure the security of these services and their continuous improvement, and to handle complaints about the Administrator's products.
8. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1), you have the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request the deletion of your personal data. 11. We would like to inform you that our website only collects information contained in cookies, which may be combined with personal data you provide to us on another occasion, such as the data you provide when completing a request for quote form.

which may involve us processing your personal data when you visit or interact with the indicated profiles, pages and channels (likes, subscriptions, comments, messages sent). If you visit our social profiles on sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, data is collected on your activity on that profile, including likes, messages sent to us, content of comments and posts made on that profile. Please note that as users of a social network, you and we are also bound by the privacy policy and terms and conditions accepted within that social network. Data related to your activity within the social network profiles we maintain will be stored until you delete it or it is deleted by either us or the owner of the social network in question. Please note that as a user of each social network where we have a profile, you can also manage your account and the content you post in accordance with the regulations of that social network. The provision of data is voluntary, but may be necessary for the provision of a specific service offered by handy lab.

The area of data protection can be affected by a number of legal regulations. We will inform you promptly of any changes in legislation affecting the processing and protection of personal data on our services on the pages of the relevant services.
PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT HANDYLAB.CO.UK PRODUCTS
17. Prices, lead times and payment methods
The prices of the products are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT. The delivery time is up to 5 (seven) working days + delivery time, to be counted from the day of receipt by the Buyer of the order confirmation and correctly made payment.
18. The order can be paid by the following methods:
a) payment via the Przelewy24 system
The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.
b) payment via PayU.
19. Right of withdrawal
The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day the customer has received the product(s) or on which a third party other than the courier and indicated by the customer has taken delivery of the product(s).
20. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal from the sales contract, you must inform us (indicating your name, full postal address and, if available, telephone numbers and e-mail address) of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use a ready-made model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the sales contract before the withdrawal deadline has expired. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send your notice of withdrawal to the email address before the deadline expires: [email protected]

21. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of return postage shall be borne by the buyer. Returned products should be sent back to the address:

22. Refunds will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product(s). We will refund the payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless the buyer specifically indicates otherwise.
23. The right of withdrawal from the sales contract is excluded in the case of:
- a contract in which the object of the performance is a perishable item or an item with a short shelf life;
- a contract in which the object of the performance is an item supplied in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
- a contract in which the subject matter of the performance consists of items which, by their nature, are inseparable from other items after delivery.
24. Complaints: we are liable to customers for product defects in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Republic of Poland.
25. Complaints arising from the violation of rights guaranteed to customers by generally applicable legislation or on the basis of these Terms and Conditions should be addressed to the following address [email protected] . We undertake to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days and to inform you when the complaint has been resolved.
26. Complaints regarding the provision of services by electronic means: we shall take steps to ensure that the handylab.co.uk online shop operates fully and correctly, to the extent that is apparent from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to rectify any reported irregularities within a reasonable period of time.
27. All irregularities related to the functioning of the handylab.co.uk shop can be reported by e-mail to the following address [email protected]
28. In the complaint, state your name, mailing address, type and date of the irregularity related to the functioning of the online shop. We undertake to process any complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform you when the complaint will be processed.

Address of residence - neccesary to ship the ordered Product.
Telephone number - to enable notification via SMS about sending the Product, in the special case of confirming the Order, or in case of unexpected events, such as lack of products in warehouse at the same time proposing a favorable solution.
E-mail address - we send an Order confirmation via e-mail and we contact you. If you have become a subscriber of the newsletter, we will send you commercial information.
Website address - information generated from the general policies of Internet connections, such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) are used by the store administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses can also be used for statistical purposes - to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
Cookies - The online store uses Cookies technology to adapt to your individual needs. which may involve the processing of your personal data by us when you visit the indicated profiles, pages and channels, or interact with these profiles, pages and channels (likes, subscriptions, comments, sent messages). If you visit our social profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, data on your activity on this profile is collected, including likes, sent messages to us, the content of comments and posts posted on this profile. Remember that, as a user of the social network, you and we are also bound by the privacy policy and regulations accepted as part of this social network. Data related to your activity as part of the profiles we maintain on social networks will be stored until you delete them or they are deleted by us or by social network owner. Remember that as a user of each of the social networks where we have our profile, you can also manage your account and posted content in accordance with the regulations of this social network. Providing data is voluntary, but it might be necessary for the provision of specific service offered by handy lab.

Many legal regulations can affect the content of personal data protection. We will inform you immediately about any changes in legislation affecting the processing and protection of personal data on our websites and relevant websites.

17. Prices, shipping time and payment methods
Product prices are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT tax. The order shiping time is up to 5 (seven) business days + delivery time and should start to be counted as customer receive receipt or confirmation of order and the correctly made payment.

19. right to withdraw from an agreement
The customer has the right to withdraw from sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the customer received the product / products or when another person other than courier indicated by the customer collected the product / products.
20. To have right to withdraw from the sales contract, you must inform us (by providing your first name, surname, full postal address and, if available, telephone numbers and e-mail address) about your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use form of withdrawal form us, but it is not obligatory. To keep the deadline to withdraw from the sales contract, it is enough for you to send information cocerning the execution of right to withdraw from the sales contract before the deadline. The deadline is kept if, Customer sends declaration of withdrawal before its expiry date to e-mail address: [email protected]

21. in case of withdrawal from the contract, cost of return of product/products will be borne by the customer. Returned products should be sent back to the address:

22. Refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product(s). We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless the customer clearly gives different solution.
23. the right to withdraw from sales contract is excluded in case of:
- agreement where the subject of the service is an item which has short shelf-life expiration date;
- agreement where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- agreement where the subject of the service are items that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items.
24. Complaints: we are responsible to refund products with defects in accordance of law in force of Republic of Poland.
25. Complaints arising from breaching the rights guaranteed to customers by general applicable law or on based Regulations, should be sent to the address [email protected]. We are obliged to consider each complaint within 14 calendar days and to inform you when complaint will be considered.
26. Complaints concerning of provision of the services by electronic means: we take actions to maintain fully operational standards of handylab.pl online store, in range of best existing present technical knowledge and we are obliged to remove any reported problems within reasonable time.
27. You can report any problems related to functioning of handylab.pl online store by an e-mail to [email protected].
28. please provide the following information in complaint: your name and surname, correspondence address, type of problems related to the functioning of the online store and date. We are obliged to consider each complaint within 14 days and if it was not possible to consider your complaint, we inform you when the complaint process will be considered.
ATTACHMENT NO 1 - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1. Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day the customer has received the product(s) or on which a third party other than the courier and indicated by the customer has taken delivery of the product(s).
2. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal from the sales contract, you must inform us (indicating your name, full postal address and, if available, telephone numbers and e-mail address) of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use a ready-made model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the sales contract before the withdrawal deadline has expired. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send your notice of withdrawal to the email address before the deadline expires: [email protected]

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of return postage shall be borne by the buyer. Returned products should be sent back to the address:

4. Refunds will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product(s). We will refund the payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless the buyer specifically indicates otherwise.
5. The right of withdrawal from the sales contract is excluded in the case of:
- a contract in which the object of the performance is a perishable item or an item with a short shelf life;
- a contract in which the object of the performance is an item supplied in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
- a contract in which the subject matter of the performance consists of items which, by their nature, are inseparable from other items after delivery.
6. Complaints: we are liable to customers for product defects in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Republic of Poland.
7. Complaints arising from the violation of rights guaranteed to customers by generally applicable legislation or on the basis of these Regulations should be addressed to the following address [email protected] . We undertake to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days and to inform you when the complaint has been resolved.
8. Complaints regarding the provision of services by electronic means: we shall take steps to ensure that the handylab.co.uk online shop operates fully and correctly, to the extent that is apparent from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to rectify any reported irregularities within a reasonable period of time.
9. All irregularities related to the functioning of the handylab.co.uk shop can be reported by e-mail to the following address [email protected]
(10) In the complaint, state your name, mailing address, type and date of the irregularity related to the functioning of the online shop. We undertake to deal with any complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform you when the complaint will be dealt with.
